Healing

The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed".

HOW YOU CAN RECEIVE HEALING FROM JESUS
God's Word says that He wants us to walk in health. One of the prayers for believers inspired by the Holy Spirit, is "I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2 NKJV).
As a Christian you not only have forgiveness from your sin, but also, you have healing for your body. When Jesus died on the cross, He not only carried our sins, but, "Himself bore our pains and carried our sicknesses" (Matthew 8:17 NKJV). Jesus not only became the substitute for your sins; He also took your sicknesses. Whenever disease or pain attacks your body, in whatever form, you have the legal right to go to God and receive healing. God forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). This includes any form of human ailment, be it cancer, the common cold, or any other disease.
Wherever Jesus went, His desire was always the same. He healed them all (Matthew 8:16, 12:15, 15:30-31). Jesus speaks truth through His Word. The more you receive His Word, the more you understand His will for your life. He wants us to move in faith. Allow God to speak to you inside about His healing for your life. Receive His healing power in the name of Jesus and then walk in divine health.
"Himself bore our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose stripes you were healed." (1 Peter 2:24).
Here is a healing prayer
Pray this aloud. Say it in faith! Expect God's healing power to flow through you.
"Father God, I come to you because of Jesus Christ. I believe that 2000 years ago, before I had ever experienced sickness, Jesus took my sickness on Himself when He hung on the cross. I believe Jesus became my Substitute. He took sickness so that I do not have to take it. In faith, I now receive this healing provision of Jesus. I believe that Jesus has risen from the dead and that by His Spirit, He is beside me and in me right now. In Jesus' name I receive my healing. Thank you, Father! Amen. "
At this point, keep praising God and then begin to do whatever you couldn't do before in the area where you had pain. Keep doing it and rejoice in the goodness of Jesus.
